MOOKANANA TERMS OF SERVICE

● Hours of Swimming Pool operation are from 8.00AM to 10.00PM

● The Swimming Pool is exclusively for House Guests only.

● Pets, Attendants, Drivers, Servants or Associates are not permitted in the Swimming Pool premises.

● Kids/Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.

● Diving & Running is NOT permitted. Pool users are requested to maintain decorum at all times.

● Persons under the influence of Alcohol/Drugs are NOT allowed to use the Swimming Pool and deck.

● Kindly keep all valuables in the lockers or wardrobe at rooms provided by the resort management.

● Valuables cannot be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property left at and around the Swimming Pool premises.

● People with long hair must wear a Swimming cap

● For Hygiene reasons, all persons are requested to take a shower before using Swimming Pool facility.

● Food and Beverages are NOT allowed around the Pool.

● Persons suffering from any disease are NOT permitted to use the Swimming Pool.

● Guests swim at their own risk and the Resort will NOT be responsible for any injuries while using the facilities.
